Ron Walton and RCD Service have taken care of our IT needs since January 2003. Our office is chartless, so we depend exclusively on our computers. He understands that any call is important to us, whether it is a quick question or a major disaster. His response is always immediate, never leaving us down for any period of time. He works nights and weekends, if necessary, to make sure that we can be up and running the next business day. Ron is always professional, ethical, and fair. He has the patience of a great teacher. We could not operate smoothly without him.

Ron has been our "Computer Doctor" for the last 10 years. He is a very trustworthy and dependable guy. Anytime I have to call him, he is readily available either on the phone to answer my questions or he will give me a time he can come to the office to address our computer problem.
